A small family restaurant, away from the noise of the tourist center, where lakror is still made by hand every morning and every dish tells a Shkodran story.
Here, people come to eat the way they eat at home, not the way a tourist is served.
— The ownerTe Nana started as a simple family dream in the Perash neighborhood, far from the streets crowded with tourists. We don't have long menus full of photos — we have something harder to find today: dishes cooked just the way our grandmothers made them, by hand and with time.
Every morning the dough for lakror is worked fresh. The fish comes from our lake, the meat from suppliers we've known for years, and the pasta is prepared on the spot. All of this, in a small and warm setting, where the guest is never treated like a table number.
Four pillars of our kitchen — not an endless list, but the things we truly do well.
Eggs, light dishes, fresh bread and coffee. A good place to start the day slowly, just the way a Shkodran begins every morning.
Cooked every morning with thin dough and a fresh filling. The specialty that made us known in the neighborhood, great for breakfast or to take with you.
Carp and other fresh fish, oven-cooked according to the traditional Shkodran recipe. A different option every week, depending on what the day brings.
For those who want something different from Albanian cuisine, we offer a few simple and tasty pasta dishes, prepared without rushing.
Slow-roasted beef, tender and full of flavor. A hearty traditional dish, cooked with care — ask what's on today.
A sweet and simple finish to the meal, made with the same philosophy: a few things, but done well.
A small place, away from the tourists, but the best lakror I've had in Shkodër. I only go for takeaway, but I always end up staying for coffee too.Regular customer, Shkodër
